Launch Libre store chain in Georgia

Brief

Competent transformation in design, changes in technology and equipment, adjustments to SKUs allowed us to achieve a 40% increase in revenue and 2% in EBITDA, an increase in traffic and sales.

New launch of a supermarket in Tbilisi. The first LIBRE soft discounter in a new concept was opened. This store is the first in a series of Libre openings with a modified Look&Feel and a new rethought Brand Book, which were developed by the PRORD team, the business processes of operations, supply chains, HR, marketing and management were managed by the 121consulting team.
The results were higher than expected thanks to the joint work of experts from PRORD, 121consulting and the Libre team:

The opening of the remaining pilot stores is ahead. The goal is unconditional market leadership in the Georgian food retail market.

Concept

We create unique and rare projects in retail.

The new Libre store is the first in a series of openings with a changed Look&Feel and a new rethought Brand Book, which were developed by the PRORD team. The supermarket went through a large-scale transformation, the purpose of which was not only to update the Look&Feel of the store, but also to create a space that attracts customers and promotes quick payback. Thanks to a strategic redesign and the introduction of innovative solutions, the updated network was able to achieve these goals very quickly. The results were above all expectations.
