Redesign for the Libre store chain

Brief

Competent transformation in design, changes in technology and equipment, adjustments to SKUs allowed us to achieve a 40% increase in revenue and 2% in EBITDA, an increase in traffic and sales.

First LIBRE soft discounter in a new concept. This store is the first in a series of Libre openings with a modified Look&Feel and a new rethought Brand Book, which were developed by the PRORD team.

Concept

We create unique and rare projects in retail.

The new Libre store is the first in a series of openings with a changed Look&Feel and a new rethought Brand Book, which were developed by the PRORD team. The supermarket went through a large-scale transformation, the purpose of which was not only to update the Look&Feel of the store, but also to create a space that attracts customers and promotes quick payback. Thanks to a strategic redesign and the introduction of innovative solutions, the updated network was able to achieve these goals very quickly. The results were above all expectations.

Developed a new corporate identity
We tidied up the logo and developed a new visual identity, this helped create a modern and memorable brand image.
Completely changed the Interior design and making it friendly
Corporate style elements were used in the interior, which strengthen the brand and make it recognizable.
Changes in design have created a unique shopping experience.
