Porsche Design Tower Miami is a luxury luxury apartment building. PRORD designed the apartment in the general style of the brand with a summer kitchen, a fireplace and a built-in garage where the owner of the apartment can place his expensive car. This is possible thanks to the unique Dezervator system. Dezervator is a unique elevator that takes you and your car directly to your home. Porsche Design Tower Miami is nestled between sophisticated Bal Harbour, and elegant Aventura lies the intimate seaside community of Sunny Isles Beach, South Florida’s new address for Engineered Luxury – Porsche Design Tower Miami.

Porsche Tower surrounded by breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, this exclusive complex embodies a new definition of luxury, comfort and convenience. Designed in the best Porsche tradition, the apartment’s interior features modern tactile materials and furnishings that emphasize a sporty and luxurious design. Collection works by Damien Hirst and sculptures by Orlinski emphasize the bright personality of the owner of the apartment and add sophistication to the design.
