From the concept to Roll-Out: we created a redesign for Libre chain.

New launch of a supermarket Libre in Tbilisi. On April 15, 2024, the first LIBRE soft discounter in a new concept was opened. This store is the first in a series of Libre openings with a modified Look&Feel and a new rethought Brand Book, which were developed by the PRORD team, the business processes of operations, supply chains, HR, marketing and management were managed by the 121consulting team.
The results were higher than expected thanks to the joint work of experts from PRORD, 121consulting and the Libre team:

The opening of the remaining pilot stores is ahead. The goal is unconditional market leadership in the Georgian food retail market.

PRORD developed a redesign for the Libre store chain in Georgia, aimed at creating a minimalistic and functional interior. The main objective was to simplify navigation, improve the customer experience and increase customer loyalty. PRORD used informative visual communications and decorative techniques to designate different zones, making it easier to navigate the store. Attention was also paid to proper lighting and color palette selection, which contributed to a comfortable atmosphere. Soft lighting and harmonious colors helped to improve the mood of customers and increase their time in the store.

This redesign helped to make Libre stores more attractive to customers, increase customer satisfaction and ultimately increase brand loyalty.
PRORD developed a complete brandbook for the Libre store chain that significantly improved their visual identity and strengthened their brand.
